Sahana Shravan

Sahana Shravan, violin (Boca Raton, FL), is currently pursuing B.M. degree at the Juilliard School, where she studies with Areta Zhulla. She previously studied at the A.W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts. As a winner of the American Protege Competition, Sahana made her solo debut at Carnegie Hall’s Weill Hall. Since then, she has performed with the Alhambra Orchestra and the Greater Miami Youth Symphony as the first prize winner of their concerto competitions, and competed at the national level of the Music Teachers National Association’s 2019 Competition in Spokane, Washington. She has played multiple times in the New World Symphony’s Side-by-Side Orchestra under Michael Tilson Thomas, and subsequently performed in a masterclass for Maestro Thomas.
