About Young Artists Program ConcertS

Each year the Young Artists Program for composers and performers ages 13-20 opens the summer season with a series of programs ranging from established works of the chamber music repertoire to world premiere performances of new works by YAP composers.

Young Artists Program Concerts are generally 2 to 2.5 hours in length, including an intermission. In keeping with Yellow Barn's longstanding tradition, free ice cream and blueberries are served during intermission for audiences and musicians to enjoy!

The three composer evenings are generally 1.5 hours in length, and include conversations with the guest composers.
