Noa Lia Mogle

Noa Lia Mogle, cello (Tel Aviv, Israel), began her cello studies with Hila Karni and continued them with Zvi Plesser. She studied at the Arison arts school and Thelma Yellin Arts High School. She has served in the IDF as an excelling musician whilst studying under Felix Nemirovsky at the BMSM. Noa is a graduate of the JMC, where she took part in the David Goldman Program, Huberman Program, and Young Israel Philharmonic Orchestra. She played several times on the Israeli Classical Music Radio Station "Kol Hamusica". Noa has taken part in the Perlman Music Program, Morningside Music Bridge, Keshet Eilon, ISA, Virtuoso Belcanto, and Mendelssohn festivals. She has participated in solo masterclasses with Frans Helmerson, Itzhak Perlman, Murray Perahia, Gary Hoffman, Laurence Lesser, Maria Kliegel, Paul Katz, Claudio Bohorquez, Hans Jorgen Jensen, John Kadz, and Andres Diaz. Noa worked under the guidance of Sergei Bresler and played in chamber music masterclasses for Eckart Runge, the Ariel Quartet, the Jerusalem String Quartet, Paul Biss, and more. She has performed concerts in Israel, Italy, Germany, Austria, and the U.S., and is 2nd prize winner of the "Eran" competition and Israel Conservatory of Music Competition. She has been granted scholarships from the America-Israel Cultural Foundation, Ronen foundation, BMSM, and Israel Conservatory of Music.
