Annual Giving Opportunities and Benefits
YELLOW BARN relies on the generosity of individual donors to provide approximately half the funds needed for our educational and performance activities. When you make a donation to Yellow Barn, your dollars help to fund student participation in Yellow Barn programs (every student who attends our five-week training and performance program receives a full scholarship), faculty salaries, student and faculty housing and meals, and production and administration expenses.
In grateful acknowledgment of your donation, Yellow Barn is pleased to offer a membership benefits program to enhance your chamber music experience. No matter what membership level you choose, your participation is vital. Your support of Yellow Barn represents an investment in the future of chamber music and in the lives of the young musicians who will uphold and enrich its legacy in the years to come.

- $60 helps pay for a piano tuning (around 200 tunings take place each summer!)
- $100 buys 12 meals for participants
- $250 provides Yellow Barn's unique Festival wall programs
- $500 provides a masterclass during the Festival
- $1,000 supports a week's full scholarship for a Yellow Barn participant
- $2,500 funds YAP scholarship of Yellow Barn's composer in residence program
- $5,000 provides a full scholarship for a Yellow Barn participant
