Amateur Coaching Sessions

During Yellow Barn festival concerts, audiences have embraced an often unusual journey through works, new to many, and performances that inspire new ways of listening. Audience members who play chamber music themselves often react to their Yellow Barn concert experience by expressing the desire to work with Yellow Barn musicians in order to gain insight into the interpretive process and apply it to their own music-making.

This summer Yellow Barn invites amateur groups to apply for a one-hour coaching session with a Yellow Barn musician at Open House, July 24, 2010.
